did you consolidate years ago? i did (thankfully) and my loans are locked in at 3.1%!

How are your college loans at zero percent?
I consolidated years ago and I have 3%.

My grad loans are 4.50% federal and olmost 9% for the private. 
Me too! I consolidated last year and my interest rate is almost 7%. How did you get 0%?????

ok here is the deal ... my father tried to explain but i got too bored listening but something like he paid a fee and transferred my loans to a private borrower with an option . I am sorry i dont have more info but I asked our family money manager to explain it to me in email and then I can fm anyone interested.

Congratulations!!!!! I remember we did that after the wedding and what a relief it gave!! So nice to have extra breathing room.
