I just exercised for the first time since
I got pregnant!!! I was put on pelvic bedrest at 5 weeks due to bleeding and I was so dreading exercising since I'm SOOOO out of shape.
Well my DH got me these great Denise Austin fitness DVD's that you can customize so you can do as much or as little as you want and alternate different exercises. I just did a 3 mile indoor walk...it was fun, not too hard and I'm a sweaty mess!!! and even better Hannah had fun watching!!
Now she's hungry!! Gotta run...
Great DVD's for those looking to ease back into shape!!!
eta: I asked DH for exercise DVD's for xmas - he wasn't hinting or anything
