I just ate a dounut and feel guilty
ok so for the most part I am eating healthy, but i saw a box of dunkin dounts and had one. I feel guilty. I know I should not, but oh boy it was yummy. Anyone else ever do that?

Plus, I just ate 2 yodels....and it was super good!!!

I hear ya! I felt guilty having a piece of my own birthday cake the other day! I had to remind myself that its not how I eat every day so its not a big deal. I calmed down after awhile and had a second piece

WOW guilty about a donut, today I had some healthy stuff, but also 2 bags of cheese doodles, a bag of skittles, and now chips & salsa.
Yesterday it was cheesecake and cookies
So good for you for not caving!!!

right I had 2 yesterday and about 5 free samples that they had packaged up on the counter.
They were all delicious and I would have gotten more had we stayed in the store longer.

well on top of my dounut, I just ate a sundae that I made myself. So overall its a really bad day. At least the ice cream was fat free. I feel like a piggy pregnant person today.
