I have to ask.....???
Okay - it may seem silly...but i was curious...
Do any of you do the whole, legs in the air thing after you BD? I haven't done it yet - but i was curious as to if there was any solid info that it does help???
Don't ask why i thought of this last night after BD'ing... i was like, huh...i wonder if any of my TTC girls do that?

i did it one month everytime we had sex..it was a little silly feeling, but I didn't care...didn't get pregnant.. And the next month I didn't bother...and got pregnant. Hey, it can't hurt, but may not be necessary..Good luck high heels!

After I had my IUI the doctor adjusted the bed so my hips were slightly elevated and I had my knees up. Guess you're helping gravity a little...........can't hurt so might as well do it.

I don't know if it helps or not, but it makes me feel better!
I just stick a pillow under my butt/hips for 30 minutes.
Plus it gives me full reign over the remote control

I never did the whole legs in the air thing but we would always BD right before bed so wouldn't have to get up and risk leakage! The 1st month I did that we got our BFP! Who knows if it helped.

when we werer TTC naturally i did that all the time.. didnt work for me tho
