I have no idea Need Help
I have no idea when I ovulate or my LP is?? I'm so clueless. I will be getting my Period full force probably tomorrow which usually last 3 days.

What is it that you want to know? The day your period arrives counts as CD1. When was your last period? If you count from the first day of your last period up to the first day of this one, that's the length of your cycle. You can estimate that you ovulated around 14 days before your period arrives, but that's not entirely accurate. You may want to use OPK's or temp to determine when you ovulate and then you can calcuate your LP.

Thanks so much my last period for Aug was first start date was Aug. 8th. Starting to spot now but nothing really heavy. so I'm sure tomorrow will start full force. thanks for answering my questions. I'm just so confused. OPK test how do they work? How many come in a box? Are they like pregnancy tests??

Just wanted to make book recommendation-Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I read it cover to cover pretty much when I was TTC the first time and just skimmed it again a couple months ago as we geared up to TTC again. You learn so much about your cycle. to you.
