I have an Ob question...
I just went to a new Ob/Gyn tonight and I was not really thrilled with her at all. I would really like to go see someone else but I'm afraid my insurance won't cover it. Does anyone know how many times (on average) are you allowed to go to an Ob/Gyn a year? I have Empire Gov. if that helps :) TIA!

Re: I have an Ob question...
I have Empire Govt also and I have been to my ob/gyn twice already this year.
I have also switched regular dr.'s before and went to two different drs. in the same week.
I think you are fine.

Re: I have an Ob question...
I can have a pap once a year but I think if you were going for a visit you should be ok, you can have your files transfered over to the new place if you just had your pap.
(I don't have you ins. but it should be similar)

Re: I have an Ob question...
I have the same insurance. You can get a pap 1x a year covered with a visit, 2x a year if dr uses a dx code for a check. You can go unlimited times from a problem. If you want to find another dr you can do and just say that you a somthing wrong with you. Even somthing minor and it will be covered.
