I have a sore throat - what can I do/take?
I woke up with a sore throat. Ive tried to drink lots of water all day, now Im drinking OJ for the vitamin C.
Its not super painful, but it feels like I am coming down with a cold. If it gets bad I will go to the Dr, but until then I'd like to stick with rest and vitamins to try and keep it away.
What can I take or do?

I do too. Not sure. I'd call the doc to find out. Sometimes mine go away with just lots of oj. Gonna try that first. feel better

You should be able to take tylenol. You can also gargle w/salt water. And if you think it's sinus/allergy related, you can use a neti pot.

All of the above helped me with my cold. I also drank chamomile tea with honey.
