I have a silly question

I am not sure what to consider CD1. . . I feel so silly asking this (its not like this is my first cycle, I've been doing this for over a year now).
AF Arrived yesterday - it started late in the afternoon (some time after 1:00) and it was not that heavy and it is heavier today.
I have to call dr to set up appt for CD3 blood and sono - which day do I consider day 1?

I consider CD1 the day I have to wear a tampon...full flow, not spotting.

Yesterday is CD1. CD2 is usually heavier flow for me anyway......but as long as the first day is "red"; heavy or not; its considered CD1.

honestly it doesnt really matter whether you go in for "CD3" as long as its somewhere in between CD1-CD5 - so just make your appt for whatever is most convenient that somewhat matches AF.

Yep...first day of flow is CD 1...whether it is heavy or not. I always count anything other than minor spotting that happens before I go to bed as CD 1.

My RE said CD1 is the first day of full flow that occurs before noon. If it starts after 12, they consider the following day the first full day and CD1.
