i have a few questions
i chart everyday - religiously
everymorning at 545 before getting up
sometimes when i know "O" or AF is coming, i also take my temp in the evening - usually .5 higher than AM except when O or AF is coming - then it drops
my luteal phase has been 16 days - like clockwork for 3 cycles
i just took my temp and it dropped .7 from this morning! i have lots of cramps
painful BD this morning
i know its all speculation, but do you think its implantation??
also (TMI) i have not only been crampy today, but VERY horney which usually happens when AF shows up

You have to temp at the same time every day to be accurate.
What CD are you on?

I am 9 DPO
Implantation could happen at 9dpo, even though its a little late. I wouldn't rely on a temp you took in the middle of the day though. I hope it is something good though!
