I hate this woman!
This damned seller is going to be the death of me.
House was listed at 155
I offered 145
She wanted 151 and some conditions
I accepted conditions at 150
All the paperwork was signed as we're ready to go when the idiot comes home on Monday she finds a survery which for unknown reasons shows her house 25ft more than she listed it. So now she SWEARS her home is so worth the extra $1k.
GRRR
So during lunch I signed the new set of papers which clearly dictate in two places both which she has to sign that her home MUST appraise at $151k or I can (and will) walk away and she must return my earnest money.
This lady is a loon. Her listing agent is about to drop her. All because she wants to live on the coast and this home is her entire 'savings' account.
I even told my realtor if the house comes in lower (and we all feel it will) that I will demand a lower price and if she says no, I'm walking.
I've even started to look at other homes again. She is so infuritating.

I'm so sorry, hang in there, I went through a lot of he!l even worse then what you are going through with the house we are buying.
we even walked away and got our down payment back but eventually went back and we are about to close in a week
just know, its all worth it in the end.

Our sellers were like that too. I know how it feels.  They make you almost not even want the house anymore.

See that's what I'm thinking but I have to pay for my option period (100) my inspection (295) and my appraisal (511) so that's about $1000 I'm tossing away if I walk away from this deal. That annoys me.
