I hate the way people spell things differently...
Words like...
boy=boi
girl=gurl
or when P3opl3 us3 the #3 for the letter e.
So friggen annoying.

Check out some people's myspace pages...mostly teenagers...
(my dh's cousin's myspace pages are like this and I have to read it slowly to understand what the hell they're saying)

But I hate:
"u" for you
"2" for too or to
etc.
Ones I find acceptable for no rhyme or reason are:
bc = because
brb = be right back

I understand when you're texting, since it's less characters to type, but if it's on a Myspace page, or written by hand, it shouldn't be used.

I don't care how they want to communicate when they're texting each other bc I understand the limited space thing. Plus it really isn't that different than our Chat Lingo on here, just another "code". But it really irks me when they can't write a complete sentence in a professional setting!!!!!

Ugh. It's so annoying sometimes.
I was doing research for a hotel on a travel website, where guests can post their own photos of the hotel, rooms, pool, etc.
The caption for one photo was, "Baby Gurl in Da Pool". That just irks me!

I use abbreviations like 2 for to or b/c for because when texting. Only because it's easier. I don't have a keyboard and have to use the numbers. The less letters the better.
So, don't ever text me.
