I hate my irregular cycles
just venting here...
my cycles are so irregular - some months AF arrives 9 DPO, some 10, sometimes 12. The one thing that's been consistent is that i ALWAYS spot a day or two before AF arrives.
I started spotting 9 DPO and it continued trhough half of 10 DPO, so I was all ready for AF to come. I stop spotting, and havent since, and it's now 12 DPO, and still no AF! I took a HPT this morning, BFN.
The sad thing is that I wouldnt mind AF this month because my doctor is going to put me on clomid, so of course my body would start playing tricks on me now...
soooo annoying!!!!

I haven't had to deal with this myself but some of my close friends have. It must be very frustrating. I hope you get your BFP soon!

I'm dealing with this too!!!! Doctor put me on Provera for 10 days to kick start the period. So far AF has not arrived. I think that office got it wrong because she said If I get to my last pill and I don't have my period to call them. I think it was supposed to be 2-9 days after the meds is over! Just to prove them wrong I will be calling them on Wednesday. I just wish I knew what was going on with my cycles!! They tested me and I show no signs of PCOS. I am leaning near an RE!!!!

I had a similar problem this month. I was suppose to get AF last Sunday/Monday. Next month, we are (hopefully) starting the IVF process, so I just wanted to get AF alreadt.
On Saturday, I took a HPT and it was negative. Sure enough, AF showed a week late - early Sunday morning.

My first dc was a stroke of good luck. This time is a lot harder. I have no clue when to test because I have no idea when I am even considered "late". I'm assuming i'm out this month with my pile of BFN in my trash. Hopefully you get your BFP very soon!

AF didn't show for a full 2 weeks after I started provera....just FYI.
