I had no idea...
that women do not necessarily ovulate on alternating ovaries each month!! I didn't realize you could ovulate on the same one every month!! Very interesting.

I don't know if that is true in everyone. I have had a sonogram where I could see my uterus and ovaries and the ovaries were on each side of the uterus.

I agree with Lauren. I know my ovaries are far apart because my OB kills me every time he gives me an internal sonogram trying to find my left one! As far as O'ing from each side its weird because about 75% of the time I O from the right. This month, on Clomid I O'd from the left.

I tend to read journal articles asthey are usually written by scientists and I trust them more than most Dr's based on certain Drs I've been to and the stories I hear on here.

Re: I had no idea...
that is interesting. I just got a facial last week (since my last chem preg my fac has been a mess) We were tlaking about hormonal breakouts and I told her i always break out on the neck around ovulation..a few days before and than i get ewcm and then a few days after that the neck pimples get a little better. The facial lady said the neck area is directly related to your ovaries so she said that makes perfect sense. She asked if every month is changes from side to side and I said no it is always my right side so i wonder if i am ovulating more on that side. Just interesting to think about..
