I gained 4 pounds this cycle....

from Follistim injectables I's freaking-out! Has this happened to anyone of you ladies? And this happened practically overnight... I've always been careful with what I eat.... What should I do now? Stop eating alltogether? Or maybe I have to increese my exercise - maybe workout every day? How do you ladies deal with this

I hear ya! I have been injecting for 8 days and I've gained about the same. It's mostly bloat/water weight though...I think, I hope!!!!
My Dr. has strict orders to do no heavy lifting or hardcore exercising while doing injectibles. And I am on my feet all day, so I don't know what else I can do. I try to be careful about what I eat, but all I want to do is eat on these shots.
When is your next Dr visit? Maybe you could ask him what you can do.

yes, yes, yes. I have gained 10+ lbs, i have had 2 cycles with gonal f and 5 with femara, plus progesterone and ovidrel, so im not sure what made me start packing on the L.B.'s To be honest, it freaked me out at first too, but now, im so consumed with having a baby, I really feel like the extra weight is small potatoes.

I am going to start IVF soon, so I am not really working out at all. Walking mostly, and i have always been active (boxing, muy tai) for me its not worth the risk. I will worry about getting back to size 4 AFTER i have a baby in my arms.

But if your doc gives you the ok, i would just up my excerise!
Our bodies are going through a lot right now,so im being patient. Be kind to yourself

as if we are not dealing with enough! Sorry..talk to Dr. B and see what he says

i have not done inject yet so I can't say...but the last few days I was on progesterone I was very bloated...i never weighed myself because I didn't want to get cranky. But after I stopped I feel like it has gradually gotten better!

Try to remember why we are doing this on the days it makes you crazy and I'm sure it will make it better
