I was told 1 extra strength or 2 regular strength.
I always try to drink lots of water 1st, most of the time that gets rid of it.

ETA: Do you have seasonal allergies? If so, the tylenol won't kill that headache

In the hospital they gave me extra strength every 4 hours.

I just came from the doc and he said Extra Strength Tylenol was fine, two every four hours, because I am in severe pain with my back. Originally, the nurse told me only one every four hours.
