Oh.... I forgot to tell you all that I ended up buying and already using my crockpot!!
I bought the rival one.... I LOVE IT!!! I made yummy potroast w/ veggies and potatoes... it was sooooooooooooooooooooo good and tender and soooooo full of flavor!! Thanks for everyone's imput!!!

Great job!! The crockpot does make the best pot roast and stew. Yum. It's awesome on a really cold day

I'm trying to eat "lighter" and came across a website of WW Crockpot recipes...I have yet to try them though...
