I feel like the worst mommy....
I snapped at and yelled at Andrew twice this weekend. I've never done it before. Once was b/c I was on a phone call and I couldn't hear the claims adjuster (our car was totaled last week due to the storm/flooding). Last night I yelled at him b/c I gave him rice that was too hot and I yelled when he went to eat it!
What is wrong with me? I feel like I'm losing it. He is only 2 and I can't believe I made him cry twice in two days!
I feel like punishing myself

thanks. i was just so irrational. i went out now and purchased a parenting book on coping skills and patience. i will read it on my commute home.

Seriously, you ar enot a bad mommy! I think most of us can say we've been in the same situation. I know I have myself.
Was your car totaled at home? We had no water issues at all, I was just curious if the streets up by you flooded? Sorry

Oyster Bay train station. The auto body guy said to DH 'oh only idiots would park there -- when high tide comes it washes over the lot!' Nice to know that NOW!!!
