I feel horrible
I don't know what is going on with my body and it's driving me nuts. I had DS in Sept, bled for 13 weeks and only stopped because I went on BCP's. Went off them at the end of Jan so this is my first cycle off them. I started using OPK's around cd15, never saw any EWCM and haven't gotten a + yet. But I feel aweful, horrible cramps, cranky, tired- like AF is coming, but it's only CD21. What is going on?? I just want my cycle back, I'm tired of my body freaking out

It can take a while from both having a baby, and going off of hormonal BC for a woman's body to get back to normal. Hang in there.

Awe Meg  I'm so sorry your body isn't being so nice.
Give it time to regulate. I mean with ALL you've been through  it'll be just a matter of time. I know how frustrating it's been for you and I'm so sorry for that.
