If the video clip was, say, 30 seconds long I'd say "ha, funny" maybe even borderline amusing. The fact that the clip is over 2 and a half minutes long and in the end the neighbor's cat got the piece of ham makes me think it's a bit taunting.
Put it this way, if the dog wound up biting his/her owner, I'd laugh at that.

ok at first i thought it was funny but how they kept going and then to say the cat got it was just wrong. they kept cutting out of taking it makes me think one they either kept resetting the hame up on top of the slide or 2 the dog got it and they just kept putting more on the slide... not so funny thing is the title of the clip is funny dog on slide but yet i do not hear them laughing

Hmm, tough one. I don't think it's mean, it looks like they're trying to teach the lab to hunt since that's their natural instinct. However the fact that the slide is slippery makes it difficult, and then the cat got it makes me feel bad for the dog.
We have a tree in the backyard that splits, we often put one of Kasey's toys or a treat up there for her to get. It's a game, if she really has a hard time we'll move it closer but we always make sure she gets it in the end.

What you do does not sound tormenting to me at all.... These people seem to let this go on endlessly and then the cat got the ham in the end?? That's not funny to me at all
I also give my dog ham ( i buy the low salt one) I hope I am not hurting her!!! She has no negative reactions. Hmmm I have to find out about that one...
