I caved and tested...Edited with a question
I'm 8dp3dt (FET) and I couldn't wait any longer. I got the faintest line that is almost not visible. I'm hoping it's just too early and the line will get darker over the next few days. Last month I got very faint lines early on and then they went away - most likely had a chemical. really praying that this month is my month.
ETA: The line is definitely darker in person.

I had a feeling the cramping you were experiencing was implantation

Thank you everyone! I am NOT getting my hopes up just yet. Last month, I got similar faint lines that wound up disappearing after two days - which indicates it was probably a chemical. I just feel so different this month - and SO crampy (consistent and uncomfortable). I know I shouldn't have tested so early, but I am definitely a POAS addict  Just PRAYING that the line gets darker tomorrow

This happened with my first pregnancy (which resulted in my DS). The line was only a tiny bit darker. With my last pregnancy, the line got lighter the following day, but it was darker the 3rd day. That pregnancy ended in a missed m/c at 6w3d. I was also using a blue dye test, and I think the pink dyes are better (like FRER, I used those with my first).
Try not to stress or think about it right now. When do you go for your beta? I would call and see if they could get me in early, just for some peace of mind.  Praying for you!!!

Get yourself a First Response Early result test. I always found the pink dye tests to be easier to read than the blue dye ones.
I got a faint BFP on 8dp3dt, it was still faint the next day, but by 10dp3dt it was dark and unmistakable! Good luck!!!

I bought the store brand FRER test from CVS (blue dye). I used a Rite Aid brand one the first day and CVS brand today. Wondering if I should pick up some dollar tree ones too. This wait is torture. I feel SOOO crampy and it's just not going away. My uterus has felt so tight and almost like it's stretching for over a week now, too. I know the meds can mask PG symptoms, but I did not feel ANYTHING like this last month during my FET cycle.

Testing with different brands and maybe even same brands/different boxes will definitely have different lines! I would go back and get the first test (CVS brand?) and retest with that one to compare.

Please only get the frer or answer pink dye tests. I had soooo many issues with blue dye! Let us know! Xo
