i can't stop eating sweets
Help! I'm addicted! Granted, the things I choose usually aren't too bad...WW 1 point cakes, 100 cal choco pudding, etc. but I can't stop eating it. Every night I want sweets! Any tips on how to stop?

I usually have one hersey kiss or a tiny piece of dark chocolate--than brush your teeth!
