I can't believe this...
Since I found out I was pregnant I am down 20lbs  . Since I am overweight my OB said keep up the good work. I am so excited!!!

Before getting pregnant I drank soda 24hrs a day. Now I limit myself to one cup of soda a day. Plus I am eating much smaller portion sizes because anytime I eat too much I get sick. I also suffered from morning sickness (at night). I think all of this combined has helped me to lose weight.

Congrats to you! My SIL lost 35lbs throughout her last pregnancy. The doctor said it was good since she was 300+ before the pregnancy! She looked awesome by the end!!! Keep up the good eating habits!!!

I can't believe this...
Congrats! I was a huge soda junky and now if I take even a sip of DH's it is just too sweet! Keep it up!!

I can't believe this...
That's great! I'm 8 weeks and have lost 5 lb...I hope that mine keeps going down some too. I bet you feel much better with those extra pounds gone.

thats great! my dr said as long as baby is growing its okay to loose weight! i lost 11lbs since finding out i was preggo. but i just reweighed myself and im up a lb! and boy do i feel it already!

That's great I wish I could I've gained about 6 lbs so far and I'm at 13 weeks. I'm over weight so I'm trying to be careful.
