I am the bad news bear-updated 7/8
So I am on TPN and they draw blood every 3 days (ALOT of blood) since its artifical nutrition well yesterday my hemoglobin came in at 7.7, lowest should be 8. They drew more blood for a repeat test but no one seems optimistic that the numbers will go up since its so low and the chances of my body making the blood up are slim...so I may have to get blood. I am so over everthing at this point. I know people say I am strong but I really cant wait not to be pregnant. I am worried enough that the only way the baby is safe is outside my body sicne my body keeps acting in a harmful way. I also hate that I am coming on here with you ladies and all I can bring to the table is bad news it seems. I cant wait for the day I can show you a pic of this little girl and say we did it. No need for hugs-I just needed to vent
Update: 7/08
Saw three of my docs this morning and my hemoglobin is at a whopping 8.1 I made the cut off of 8.0 for the blood transfusion but I am still low and anemic. SO I have to get iron 3X a day and colace cause I will be constipated. They are going to draw blood once a week instead of every 3 days. As long as I stay over an 8 I wont need the blood. So its a fine line that I hope we make for the next 7 weeks.

If we came on here to *not* vent, there would be a problem. You have every right to look for comfort in us. That's why we are all here. Otherwise there would be one post on this board entitled 'I have the best pregnancy ever!' And it would be from 1950. 
We are here for you as much as you have been here for us. Prayers are always needed and it's nice to know there are many here. You hang in there and we'll pray with you! And since we due around the same time, we'll have a drink together when this is all done!

ITA w/ Heather!!! Although we can not completely understand exactly what you're going through, we can empathise!
By no means am I comparing or saying I was in the same boat, but, my baby was better off outside of me than inside. It literally broke my heart and I don't know why my body couldn't provide the baby the nutrients it needed- still don't. What I do know now is, it doesnt' matter. I look at this angel and if she's better off outside, than, at least she's healthy and getting what she needs. She's getting a surplus of love from us, that's what I CAN give her.
YOu'll have your angel in your arms soon enough and everything you're going through will be a distant memory.

I cannot imagine being in your situation. So I totally applaude you for your strength.
Venting is good....that's why we are all here. That's one way to let it go.

awww...This has been a long, hard road for you and it will get better. Why some women go through the pain you are is beyond me, but you've been so strong for so long, I have faith you can endure it as long as you need to.
Would I like to see you come on here and say everything is perfect and you've made a miraculous recovery and your baby is no longer "at risk" in any way? YES I WOULD...but only because it's so sad to hear otherwise! Feel free to cry, whine and complain away...that's what the board is for.

that's right - i agree. this is why we are fortunate to have this board and each other, to vent, to share, to cry, to complain, to laugh , to ask!!! You have every right to feel frustrated by now - - you are almost there and i'm sending you a hug anyway and one for the baby

Ladies thank you so much. I really needed to hear that it was ok. It has been a really difficult pregnancy and each time we seem to get a handle on one issue something else comes up. It helps so much to come on this site and vent to you ladies as well as share our milestones.
