I am sooo mad at fao.com!!!!!!!!!!!
Not only did they take out $100 2x times from my bank account but they also never applied the 30% off coupon I had. I also had cancelled the order and still all this happened. They told me that the merchandise was shipped already so they can't put the money back in my account until I refuse the package and they receive and process it. That can take weeks. $200 is a lot of money esp right now

Why cant they at least return the first 100 since it was charged 2xs...
and to be honest ...then they should eat up there 100 and give you the toy for free for the aggravation! Call BBB.

I would fight the charge with your bank. I would be ******. That is why I use credit cards online, and not my bank card.
