I am so upset
I just found out my best friend is pregnant and I am BEYOND thriilled for her. But it hurts so bad. She got pregnant right away and here I am not even responding to meds. I am a mess and have to put on a smiling face in front of my friends. How am I going to do this?

Any advice on how to fight through this depression? I HAVE to be happy around my best friend ( I would never ruin this for her) and I am so bad at hiding my emotions....

Does she know you're going thru IF? If she does then she would hopefully be understanding. If she doesn't know, then maybe you should tell her. And tell her the truth- though you're thrilled for her, you are sad b/c of your own situation. If she's a true friend then she'll understand!

I've been there more then I'd like to admit. It's definitely hard in the beginning, but with time, the sting will become less. It'll become 2nd nature, and eventually your heart will accept it, and allow you to not have to 'act' quite as much. Then when the baby is born, it'll be an open wound again, but that's a long ways away, so maybe you'll be PG by then!!! Some of my closest friends have become pg/moms--- and I am an 'aunt' to their children. I try to think of it as good 'practice'  for when we have our own children- and WE WILL!!!!!! Hang in there...

I know that feeling, its so hard.
Try to be honest with her up front, so she knows how to talk to you without hurting you

BTDT! I am surrounded by women my age who are pregnant with their second babies. Here I am and I can't even get PG with my first It's very painful and what you are feeling is totally normal. Try to stay positive that your time will come.
