I am so uncomfortable today . . .
Do you ever have one of those days when your stomach is just SO TIGHT you can barely move???????????
Maybe I'm expanding more today, I just don't know but holy hel l I feel like I can't move.  .

I've gotten that at night after dinner 2x its not the best feeling. and my belly would turn hard. but as soon as I went to sleep it would go down.

I have them constantly...if I lay on my left side for a few minutes they die down. I know you are at work - but worth a shot!
