I am really happy
WW is coming to my company for 10 weeks in February. I get great support from working with alot of people and I also have that competitive edge. I should be in a bikini in no time (thats with my c-section line...LOL)

That is great. I did awesome on WW prior to having the baby. Now I wish I had the motivation to get my big butt back there.

Has anyone done it at work?
I mean honestly...thats CRAAAZY commitment, no? how embaressing if you gain 3 pounds in a week 
Much more pressure to do better then Ive usually done. But I am up for the challenge.

That's how I did it!
Work was a great motivator - you're surrounded by co-workers with the same goals, sharing recipes, etc. If you think about it, you probably spend more time with your co-workers than you do anyone else.
As for the loss/gains - gains aren't announced but if you can be honest about it - it is a support group and you're all there for the same goal no matter what the actual weight is.

You shouldn't have to share your results if you don't want to.
I lost 30 lbs on WW prior to getting pregnant. I started back 8 weeks pp in October and so far I've lost 12 lbs.
Good Luck, it really works if you follow the plan.
