I am officially crazy.

I am so tired of convincing myself every month that I must be pregnant because of x symptoms. So here is my new plan, I'm writing a bunch of post-it's and putting them on my bathroom mirror.

Here is what they'll say. Feel free to add yours!

1. Yours boobs ALWAYS hurt a week before AF. No, they don't look different.
2. That twinge, pinch, cramp you just felt is all in your head.
3. Just because you are more hungry than usual, doesn't mean you are PG! You're just hungry.
4. Pink stuff = AF is on her way, stop thinking it's gonna go away.
5. You're always tired.
6. This will happen when it's meant to, even though it's not when you want.

Ahh great idea. I need to do this too. Some of mine would say...

1) You are bloated because you just ate a bowl of veggies, not because you are pregnant

2) You were always a gassy person

3) You need to stop eating everything. Stop using "I may be pregnant" as an excuse to eat.

4) You are insane and obsessing about this way too much. Try to get a life and this pregnant thing will happen on its own!!!!

7. Bleeding gums DO NOT indicate pregnancy if u are intentionally (yet subconsciously) brushing with a vigor and force that could sand paint off a wall.
