I am officially confused TMI
So for 2 months I have been using opk, the digital disposable ones from FR.
I got the  on cycle day 20, but now am at CD 24 and see CM. We BD on CD 20 and 21, but also did CD14.
Does the CM I see mean NOW I am ovulating?
Also, I should never use the opk with my FMU?
I am getting so discouraged here. My cycle is all out of wack and every month it is a different story.
When I get the I should BD that day and the next two days?
Also, do you think it was a fluke bc I got the Happy face with my FMU and I am completely wrong?
Should I just ignore a calendar and only go by the kit/should I buy that non disposable digital kit bc it more accurate?
At what point do I call my doctor and say, I must be a moron bc I can't figure this all out?

First off, 
Second, there's no such thing as TMI on these boards!
And third, let's figure this out together.
So you are using digital OPKs, right? You said they are by FR - did you mean ClearBlue Easy though? I thought they were the only company that made digital OPKs.
How long are your cycles typically?
What kind of CM are you seeing?
It's recommended that you use afternoon urine (2-8 pm) for OPKs - but using FMU doesn't mean you'll get inaccurate results.. It may just mean that you'll get 1 +OPK instead of 2, and will miss the beginning of your surge (which is a good time to BD).
As for BDing - I always suggest BDing the day of your first +OPK and the next 3 days.

You are right, clearblue is the ones I have been using. My cycle alternated between 29 days and 34 days. I am seeing bright white CM, should I BD today?

Sounds like it is creamy CM - not EWCM. I wouldn't BD (for baby-making purposes at least!) since that's not the fertile kind.
Creamy CM can be a sign of pregnancy or a sign of AF coming... Best of luck!

And the pain on feel on my side could be just period cramping? I felt nothing during the Happy face portion of this month

It's hard to pinpoint exactly what that could be from since it really could be anything.
You already got your +OPK, so I think it's safe to assume that you've ovulated. If you're thinking you are ovulating now - then you might as well BD.
