I AM A HOMEOWNER!!!!!
Closing could not have gone more smoothly. Just a whole bunch of papers to sign for an hour!
We will be eating ramen noodles for a while (wel, maybe we get a bone everyone once in awhile) but it was worth it.
Thanks for all the support and advice and just plain nice from everyone.
I worked for years to fix my credit, and it finally paid off!

Unless you know something I dont, I THOUGHT it just means a "mini" mansion..which this house is NOT. The left side is the "old house" built in 1961, the new house is the addition from 2004.
The whole house was gutted and re-done in 2004 adding the "new" part or right side.

I'm glad to see you took it they way I meant it. I have no idea what McMansion means other than "mini" mansion. YIKES! I'm not going to even bother to find out. All the best in your new home. It's beauitful!!
