I added the glass to my cabinets....
So we decided to add the glass to our upper cabinet doors. I am very happy with it. I wanted the insides to look very casual, nothing fancy since our kitchen isn't fancy at all and is much more on the casual side, I might play around a little more until I get it right (or buy more stuff!  ) but for now I am happy...
I have to say that adding the glass opened up the kitchen more, I guess because it's reflecting the light and depending on where you stand you can get a faint reflection - so the kitchen doesn't feel as closed off as it did...it's still not the window I always wanted in a kitchen but it helps!
It only cost $175 for all 4 doors with the glass and I was only doorless for a few days.

Thanks guys.
It's not my dream kitchen but I feel like these little improvements and personalizations are making it feel more like something I would have done or picked out myself. So even though it's not what I would have wanted it's getting there and I am happy, so it's kind of a dream - it's def a dream compared to the practically non existent kitchen we had in our apartment!
I still would have loved to gut it and have nice tall white cabinets and granite counters oh well! Maybe next house! hahahaha!
