Hungry all the time

I can't believe it's starting already - it's wayyy too early.

With Jack I had to eat every two hours otherwise I was so nauseous.

It seems like I'm going the same route this time. I'm trying to snack on healthy things - fruit, fiber bars, etc but nothing is really filling me up!

I will not gain as much weight this time around - I absolutely refuse! Any suggestions on what will fill me up?

I find the following do the trick for me
rice cakes with PB
1 cup almonds
cottage cheese
cheese wedges
yogurt

I would always keep a box of nutra grain bars around...in the car....by my bed...also TLC makes some great crunchy bars....roasted almond something and pumpkin spice...YUM!! Chat Icon They're a great snack.

Believe it or not, I was drinking so much water with DD because I nervous about getting dehydrated because that happened with DS, that I noticed I didn't really have cravings and I ate normal and not for 2 like I did with DS. With DS I barely drank any water a glass a day if I was lucky and I ate so much fruit (which has lots of sugar) and sweets. With DD I also went on 1.5-2 mile walks every other day so that kept me more active.

I drink LOTS of water and seltzer (I think the carbonation helps and it does taste good).
I love string cheese, pretzel sticks, and Fiber One bars.
Every AM I have a bowl of cereal. For some reason, cereal keeps me full (must be the carbs)Chat Icon

ITA with this list. Proteins should stay with you longer than other choices. I can add:
hard boiled eggs
veggies or pita with hummus
protein shakes (spirutein)
