HUD Statements
Do you get a HUD statement when you sell a property or only when you buy? Last year we sold our townhouse and bought another house. Should we have a HUD statement for each property or just the new one we bought? I can't find anything from the sale of our townhouse. Not sure if I lost it or if I never got one.

You should get a copy of both your sale and your purchase. You have to sign both, so I don't see why you wouldn't get a copy of both.
Can you call the title company that did the closing?

Thanks! My DH probably has it filed away somewhere. I'll just let him look for it when he gets home.
