I'm so sorry you're going through this but ITA that they really dropped the ball on this one. That was the 1st test I had. It was even before I went to my RE and that was the first question they had for me. I hope you have better luck at LI IVF!

Thank you all! I'm giving them 1 more shot since we already paid for this cycle, but I just sent over the consent form, so keeping my fingers crossed they will be able to send over my paperwork before Monday.

I would get all your records since it can take 2 weeks for them to give them to you. LIIVF may require additional testing like the HSG. Did you have your AMH tested?
I am so sorry that you have to switch but it will be for the best. I am still super surprised that they didnt do it. Both Dr. Saketos and San Roman both said I needed to have it as well as the SA.
