How would you handle? Birthday party question

My dd is in FT PreK. Between the 2 classes there are about 35 kids. She has been invited to 2 parties both have invited both classes. We gave her the option of a party at a place where she can invite all her classmates or her normal house party which is family, my best friends kids whom she is very close to, and then she could chose a handful of school friends.

She chose the house party and easily named the 6 Kids she wants to invite. Since the 2nd month of school she has sat at her table with a little girl named D. Each table has 4 kids and the teacher moves them around every once in awhile but she has been at this table for awhile. She wants to invite the 2 Boys but has made no mention of inviting D. I asked if she and D are friends but she’s just indifferent to her. D seems really quiet and I don’t know who D’s core group is. My dd is getting evaluated for adhd so the two energies just seem very different. My concern is I don’t want to exclude D especially if the kids talk about the party but I don’t want to force my dd to invite someone who may not like her.

Not sure how I should handle this.

I'd invite all or none, meaning invite D or don't invite the other 2 boys.
