how would you go about this...
I need to get a back up baby sitter for when DS is sick... so its not like it would be all the time. I am willing to use the person to have a date night with DH or something...
Do I go on care.com or ??? something else?
Do you think I will find someone willing to do something like this?
Thanks .. feeling really overwhelmed and frustrated

Where do you live? You can post on local mom groups. I see tons of moms posting babysitting jobs for their kids or even for themselves.

care.com and sitter city do have occasional sitters so you can try there.
Just make your job post as specific as possible as to what you need and know that even if you do, applicants barely read them lol. I've had people apply who cant do all the hours I need even when I specified not to even apply if you cant do them ALL. Or I've had college kids apply who are going back to school when I said I wanted someone permanent. It's really annoying.
