I dont not have the greatest relatiosnhip with my IL'S. i have heard that they are expecting to watch our baby a couple of times a week. this was NEVER discussed and Im fuming bc they think they will be doing that. i have a family too. PLUS i wont be working for a few months so what the HELL??? do i ignore this? i mean in the end i will do what i want to do with my child

I would ignore it for now. Once the baby comes & you've settled what you're doing in terms of childcare, I'd let them know. Don't knock help. You may need them later to pitch in.

Definitely not worth fighting about now. Deal with it when the time comes. You need as little stress as possible.

I wouldn't handle it just yet. When the time comes and you're going back to work, then it can be a discussion. But in the meantime, I wouldn't start trouble over it- especially since it's nice to have the option of dropping the baby off somwhere just so you can have some alone time, get a manicure, go food shopping, etc...
