nothing. even after you may feel nothing and still get a BFP.
people get wayyyyy too obsessed with early symptoms. half of the time people are just seeing what they want to see and if they get a BFP they claim they were symptoms. but the same symptoms can come in a BFN cycle that come in a BFP cycle.

Sorry to tell you there are no signs till after implantation and even then you might not have any. Its just the nature of the beast.  The 2ww is pure torture!! Im going through it right now its driving me crazy!!
