I called the day after my BFP and they would not see me until I was 8 wks. Had to wait 5 wks (I Think) for my appt.
I had spotting before my appt, called the office and they took me in right away.

I know it seems like FOREVER from now, but it's better to wait until they can see something on the sono. Trust me! You'll get there, don't worry!

I called at 6 weeks to make my appt for 8 weeks. I didn't want to think about it too much until we could see the heartbeat.

i called right away, my doctor wouldnt see me until i was 8 weeks.

I called right away. The office said first appt. Is at 6 weeks. The way schedule worked out, I had first appt. At 5 weeks, 4 days.

I see what everyone is saying about waiting a little longer and getting to see the baby and hear the heartbeat. It's less than a month away, so it's really not too bad. In the meantime I'll invest in some more cheapy hpt's to put my mind at ease.

I called my dr as soon as I found out because she asked me to. I had a miscarriage last year and she told me to call her as soon as I know I'm pregnant. In hindsight I don't know why I had to call her because she won't do any sonograms before 6 weeks. She took some blood and everything looked normal but I'm only 4 weeks.

bloodwork at 5 to confirm.. and the first appt was at 8 weeks.. sheer torture.. but the morning sickness and constipation kicked in.. so it kinda helped..  it was like confirmation something's happening.. happy and healthy 9 months to you..

I called the next day. I was also seen that day or the next (cant remember) because of my past miscarriages. I was 4 weeks.
It's normal to not be seen until 8 weeks if you have no past problems.
If you get bad cramps, spotting, etc, call right away and they will have you come in.
I know the waiting is hard..STICKY VIBES FOR YOU!!!!!!!
