How old was DC when they "wrote" their first letter to Santa?
DS is 2 and I was thinking of sitting him down to "write" a letter to Santa. He gets and talks about Santa and Christmas time. I thought I'd have him draw pictures (his interpretation) of some things he'd like and I can write it. Just not sure he quite understands the gift giving part because when I ask what he wants from Santa, he'll say what's on his mind at the moment, like grapes!
I've been sick and ave not gotten to it yet but think I'd like to, for his memory book.
When did you start? And do you put it in your mailbox, a mall drop box or give it to Santa when you visit?
I do not really have memories of writing letters. We saw Santa and told him in person.

Just did it with my DD, she's 3. I'm actually just saving it in her file this year. I want her to be able to go back and see it when she's older.

3 yrs old, we just started this year with DS because now he really understands it
