Once a year but my co is very cheap even though I work for a very big co. I got less than a 2% increase this year but our health cost went up so at the end of the day I bring home less than I did last year.
We must work for the same company! We get 2-4% increase every year, but it barely covers (what feels like) the yearly metrocard hike!
