How often do you check your email?

Just your personal email(s), not work-related.

My phone is set to get emails immediately, and my home computer checks every 5 or 10 minutes.

pretty much in real time. my phone goes off whenever i get an e-mail and I usually check it right then because I always have my phone on me. I stopped my work e-mail from going to my phone for this reason because I didn't want to be reading them when I was home. I am a teacher, and I didn't want to start a habit of e-mailing parents immediately after recieving it. I made that mistake my first year of teaching, and then one parent expected an immediate response all the time, and would then email me on weeknights and weekends expecting a response. I've learned to only answer e-mails during the workday, and will log onto my e-mail on Sunday night in the event there is a homework question from my students/parents!

Personal, once a day, usually in the evening. Sometimes I forget.
Most of it gets deleted anyway. It's just not that important.

When I'm at work, it's a tab in my browser so I can see if the unread messages number goes up. When I'm on my own time, a few times a day (it's mostly junk so I don't care about checking it a lot).

Well a lot of it is junk so unless I'm expecting something or continuing a thread, it could be a day or two. If I am expecting something, I'll check it in real time.
