how often do you BD after you get a postivie OPK or if you don't use OPK's how often do you BD during the week you think you will O?

The month we got our BFP, I BD'd on two days that I had very obvious EWCM, then got my +OPK a couple of days later and BD'd that day and the next day. (there was one or two days in between the obvious EWCM days and my +OPK day that we didn't BD at all).

If you BD every other day, you are likely to cover your bases, but BDing everyday won't hurt at all (unless you KNOW your DH has some sperm issues).

Its hard cuz Dh works at night and I work during the day. We try every other day but it has to be early in am when he gets home. or i have to wake him at 6 pm when i get home

We are going to try every other day from cd 10 (this is our first cycle ttc)

I don't really do it much once I get a + on the OPK. We actually do it more in the days before I ovulate since that increases your odds of conceiving greatly. Once I get my peak on the CBEFM we BD that day and then maybe one more time the day after to cover our bases.

I follow Deanna's plan http://www.pregnancyloss.info/sperm_meets_egg_plan.htm it says you should BD for 3 days once you get + OPK, off one day then BD one more time.

When I got BFP I BD -3, -2, -1 days prior to +OPK.

thank you for answering my poll and all ur detailed responses!! this is only our 2nd month TTC and 1st month using OPK's. we BD on CD 15 and 17. I got my positive OPK's on CD 17 and 18. today is CD 19 and my opk is negative.

do u think BD-ing tonight would help?

ETA: i'm also temping and my temp did have a significant increase this morning. so i have a feeling i O-ed yesterday.

the last time I got a BFP, we only BD'd on the one day that I got the + on the OPK.

We do 3 days in a row.

I conceived DD every other day though.

I think you will get both anwers.
