I have a 20 oz water bottle that I fill 4 times while I'm at work, so at least 80 oz on those days. On weekends I have 4-5 of the 14.5 oz water bottles. Try squeezing some fresh lemon in the water. This helps me a lot because I absolutely hate water.

not enough!! I almost fell over when my dr. told me 2 liters a day!

2-3 liters. Mostly early evening and night so i have to wake up often at night

you think you're bad? im lucky if i drink 1 8oz cup a day. im awful, im just never thirsty. and we have a poland spring dispenser at home so its not like i have an excuse lol


I'm right there with you. Pre-pregnancy I used to only drink a large coffee in the morning, a soda with lunch and a glass of something with dinner.

Now I drink at least one bottle of water a day, and I drink a lot of caffeine free soda, some regular soda, chocolate milk and about a glass of juice a day. I can't drink plain water, and I know that I do better with a straw, so I definitely attempt to use one whenever possible. I am always kicking myself for not drinking enough water, but I never have been a big drinker (of anything) to begin with.


i'm the same way with the straw. a few weeks ago i was drinking water from a solo cup with a straw and DH was like what the heck are you doing....i was like leave me alone it helps me drink more lol. i dont know why but it does. even at work when i woudl try, i would have a bottle of water with a straw in it. i'm weird

I was really bad about it also, drinking maybe half a liter a day and the I ended up in the hospital getting an IV in my arm with two bags to hydrate me.
I used to think no bigge, but this is serious stuff. I am trying to slowly at least double drink 60 oz now as hard as it is for me (don't like to drink a lot).
I just keep telling myself it's not for me it's for the baby.
Plus dehydration also caused a lot of my cramps and headaches.

I wish I drank more!! I used to drink more getting pregnant - we have a water cooler at home and I fill drink 2 16oz bottles, 1 24oz bottle, 1 16oz decaf tea and then a few glasses when I got home....needless to say I was forever peeing but lately I just can't get it down and I'm a water drinker to begin with.....I think I need to start force feeding myself some water

I have a 34 oz. bottle I fill up and drink throughout the day and I have 1-2 12 oz. glasses when I get home from work. So I'm drinking 46-58 oz. a day. I know I need to drink more.

Probably no where near enough. On work days I drink one bottled water which is 16.9 oz. and one stainless steel bottle which is 24 oz. I try to drink at least 2 full glasses with dinner, so anywhere from 20-22 oz there. On the weekends I don't drink nearly as much.

I have a cup that holds just under a liter. I try to drink at least 2-3 a day if not more

I don't think I drink enough. I don't urinate very frequently during the day - or night! And when I wake up, my pee pee is usually pretty dark!

I'm worried because I know I shoud be drinking more, but because I pretty much always feel nauseous and water makes me MORE nauseous.

I do try... I'm maybe just under 50 oz for the day.
