How much spitting up in a 2 week NB is normal?
My 2 week old started spitting up after every feeding a few days ago. And she spits up a LOT. Sometimes it seems like nothing is staying down. So far, she is gaining weight fine, but its only been a few days that she is spitting up like this. I am always worried about the worst case scenario, so I called the dr and asked about pyloric stenosis. He said it doesn't usually show up until about a month old. But we will keep an eye on it.
How much spitting up is normal at this age?

All of mine spit up after every feeding ,but it was worse when they were on reg. formula. When I swtched them to soy they did better ! Ask the doc about reflux .

I feel a little silly, but what exactly is "reflux"?
ETA: DD has been getting only breastmilk the past few days.
