But the new girl I went to was $30 and I gave her $40

20%. That's pretty standard for me, but when I get my hair highlighted and trimmed it's $60 and I tip $20 because she rocks and she deserves it.

My girl gives me a discount cause we are friendly, so i pay about 32 for a hairut/blowout
And i tip her 20 dollars
When i used to to another salon, haircut would be 50 i would tip 15

I cut the same time I color, so it's usually $15-$20. If it's just a "trim-off-the dead-ends" not a "I-need-a-new-style" I'd say $7-$10.
