How much did you spend on your couch?
And how much would you expect to pay for a standard 80-90" couch with 2-3 cushions?I just don't know if $1000 is expensive, or the norm. I see some for $700, but are these good quality? (from Raymour and Flanigan if that makes a difference)

Our couch was from fortunoff, right before they closed, it's about 80" & leather. We paid $1000.

Macys microfiber sectional - it was around $900 i think with delivery included. i bought it on sale and got an additional 10% employee discount...
i would find something you like now and then wait for the furniture sales, the next big one will probably be for Labor Day, that is when I bought my sectional from Macys - i waited for it to go on sale and i saved a few hundred...

we have a sectional that has a piece with a queen bed in it, a corner piece, and another section with 2 recliners in it for $1500... microfiber

If I recall correctly, we paid about $1200 for our leather couch and another $1500 for the matching leather invisible recliner. We upgraded the leather to a higher quality leather. To add a bed to the couch would have increased the cost by another $1000. We got them from Phillip Engle. I am not sure if they are still in business any more.

I paid about $700 for my fabric couch ( I think it is about (84-89 inches) 11 years ago, so I don't think $1000 is very expensive.

I think we paid about $2300 for our PB couch that we've had.
We just got two small sofas (a little larger than a love seat) from Raymour & Flanigan and they were on sale, and $600 each-- this was a DEAL IMO.
I also just ordered another PB couch which was about $1900.
IMO, $1000 for a large or regular sized sofa is a pretty good price.

The sleeper sofa in our TV room was $850 after a big discount. Our couch in our living room was $1500 it's a 2-seater with slipcovers and down cushions. It feels like heaven
