How much dha should I take?
I'm 5 weeks and my RE hasn't said anything about dha but everything I read said its extremely impt and my prenatal doesn't have it. Want to pick it up tonight.

How much dha should I take?
I take the suppliment along with my vitamins. They come in the same package (cvs brand). Check the vitamin aisle to compare. Then if you want get them separately.

How much dha should I take?
I take the cvs version of Expecta. I believe its 200 mg.

I just asked this and have been researching it.. the rcommended amount is 250 I think. My Dr prescribed a prenatal that has DHA-300 but Im also having two babies.. he said not to take any more.

I take One a Day prenatals w DHA. There's 200mg of DHA in them.
