The research I did said 100-200 mg a day. My doctor said 1 cup of coffee a day. I drink a tea that has less caffeine than a coffee every day.

My dr didnt say, he just said it was fine in moderation.
Ill have a cup of coffee or tea sometimes in the morning, or a glass of soda at night...
Usually not both in one day, and not daily either....
With my son, I was addicted to coke a cola... I had 1-2 cans/day, my Dr told me it was fine.

Mine said up to 200 mg a day which is about 2 small cups of coffee. I just decided to cut coffee out and if I'm feeling sluggish I get an iced tea at lunch. I do sneak sips of my husband's coffee though on the weekends, I miss it.

Mine never said either way. I gave it all up during the first tri. I have about 1 cup of coffee in the morning, and maybe a diet coke or sweet tea during the day. I have been drinking a lot more gatorade and water since Im having a lot of BH contractions.

I have seen things that say 200 to 300 mg a day.
My doc said one cup is ok-- I usually drink tea, then coffee on the weekends. When I make my coffee at home, I do half caf/half decaf.

mine said none as well.. but he doesnt teach 3rd graders!!
i have a very small cup(6oz) with a lot of milk in the morning.. if i dont im such an evil teacher! '
stick to water all day, treat myself to apple juice, spite/ginerale at night..
weekends i dont drink any..

i really don't drink much caffeine at all - but my concern was iced tea.
she said i could have a cup, maybe 2 per day. i have tried limiting it to maybe 2 cups once a week...(i haven't done that yet though - maybe just a sip here or there).
