I don't drink any milk - haven't since I was a child. I don't digest it and honestly, it kind of skeeves me. I do, however, eat more than my share of cheese as well as taking my daily vitamin.

I drink a lot of milk. I drink a glass before I go to bed, a few sips in the middle of the night if I wake up hungry, and throughout the day if I'm home.

1-2 a day, I always drink chocolate milk before I take my prenatals, because the vanilla flavor of those vitmamins makes me gag

In the first trimester I had such a craving for vitamin D wholemilk.. McArthur milk too was the best! I still love to drink milk.. but not as insane as I was in that first trimester. I would go through half gallons within a day myself! Now a gallon of milk lasts for like 4 or 5 days.. with cereal, choc. milk.. cookies/milk.. If your body is craving it, maybe you need it!

i have to admit.....i dont drink milk AT ALL it makes me gag....hated it since i was little.....but im a hugggggge cheese eater so i eat a lot of cheese and occassionally i have a little milk with my cereal

it's much easier to drink milk if it's horizon organic chocolate or strawberry milk  tastes like melted icecream!
I usually have one cup a day, but also eat cheese, yogurt, ice cream... it adds up in the end...

i drink as much as possible (8-16 oz a day), but it goes down much easier if it's chocolate

The only milk I have is when I have cheese, ice cream or the milk I put in my tea. The thought I drinking a glass of makes me gag.

milk is gross unless its chocolate or strawberry milk. when i have cereal i try to get as much milk on my spoon so thats pretty much the only way i get it. WIC gives me like 5 gallons a month and i usually end up throwing most of it out

I never drink milk, I stopped drinking it when I was about 8 - I just never liked it. The only way I get it is with cereal. I do eat yogurt everyday though.
